So here is a little advice about writing about companies. Companies are not extremely difficult articles to write, depending on how your writing them. Personally, I think the hardest part is making up slogans and logos for your company (which you do not have to make). This page will also help you write about restaurants, record companies, basically any type of company.
Let's break down the sections now: History, Economic Status, Products, and Branches first.
The first section, History, is of course the history of your company. Your company's founding should be included in this section, also if it once had a mother company and broke away from it. Or if it was bought by another company.
The second section, Economic Status, explains the status of your company's funds, balance, debt, etc. It reveals how much people invest or buy from it, and basically determines what it's able to do. For instance, if your company isn't extremely rich, than it wouldn't be able to buy any other companies.
The third section, Products, lists the things that your company has made. It could be video games, books, movies, cars, etc. Though this section is pretty worthless in articles about banks, or insurance companies. If you want, you can also explain if your company has a sister manufacturing company (that supplies them with supplies).
